Winch questions

I should state that I am running 2s and a hobby wing esc currently with a 4 channel reciever and want to run the second esc just for winch powered off reciever

So it seems you started typing mid thought so I'm not quite sure, but ill take a crack at it.

I'm guessing you want to power the second esc from the receiver. Doing that seems like you are going to push the limits of the main esc bec. I would just split off of the main battery to power the second esc and pull the red wire on connector that goes to the receiver.

I guess you could also wire up a jst plug (servo plug) to the power wires of the second esc and plug it into the receiver and then remove the red wire from the receiver connector that goes to the esc.

Yes my bad part of my text got deleted didnt realize it. I do want to power the esc from the reciever.

So your saying power both esc via battery then plug the esc I want to power winch into receiver without red wire?
