No pics yet, but got the steering done and tranny mount fabbed up and installed. Tomorrow should start working on the body, depends on how much time I have after work...

Looks like a nice start. How does the blazer body fit the bruiser wheelbase? Also, nice garage!Couldn't help but notice the silver Honda against the wall.Is that a f41 or an rr?I just bought an f4i and was wondering how you like it.Looking forward to seeing this truck being built, keep us posted.Jim

I'm also wondering about the WB for Bruiser with the Blazer body? I was planning the very same set up with the chassis, Body, and Leafs! Looks good so far, keep it coming!

Yeah, the bruiser WB is longer than the blazers, so I am going to use some shorter links in the rear and I already moved the front axle back 1/2" and it sits perfectly center in the wheel wells now with the body where I want it on the chassis. One nice thing about the body is it covers the whole bruiser chassis without having to cut the frame down, all I have to do is play with axle location!!

I'll go measure it and let you know the exact wheel base, but if I remember its just under 12".

Tell me about it. Ive been working on mine all week and I should be focusing on packing to move. :-( I spent like 3 hours putting one of those 1/6 scale engines together for the buggy.

IT HAS BEGUN!!!!!! There are going to be so many more blazer builds now, and I love it! This board needs more chevy's. I about had my share of jeeps and yotas. Well that's the end of my rant

It's looking good so far. Are you gonna go with an OEM color or primer the outside up for that trail look?

I am going to do the inside the color of my rig when it was original, then do the outside primer grey, also like my 1:1 rig is now. So when I get scrapes and scratches it'll show the OEM paint, just like the real rig...I know, I am weird...but I think it'll work out pretty cool.

The hardest part about the build will be matching the front bumper...I might have to bribe Chino63 to help me with that, since he now lives only a few miles from me!!

Nice looking bumper, but you ruined it with that P.O.S. Mile Marker. I had bad luck with them as it wouldn't even pull a light Yota down hill.
