Default BMRC scale caged and exo'd Courier

This is a build for spdsk8er, using his body and all mounted to a Diaz Dtrail12 scale chassis.

Having the chassis sit in this position relative to the body will give you the look of a lifted rig, and will raise the COG a little.

Having it sit more inside the body will give more of a stock look and a lower ride height. Let me know how you want it so I can get it mounted and continue with the inner cage.

Here is the difference in what the ride height will do... Which one do you like?

I got the rear done, aside from maybe a couple more support braces. Next is the front, still working on a concept for that. I added some sticker love to your back window, hope you don't mind!

No problemo Doug. It will be a bit before it's done, what you see done so far is really only the base, there is a lot more tube to add!

The front is tied together, but I think it needs something more. TYhe rear is done, I think, just a little more ginding on th joints. I added a rack for the bed, will be attached directly to the body insead of the exo so you will still be able to remove the body.

I have not been able to figure out a good strong way to make a removable upper section that doesn't look weird or is too weak.

The canopy could easily be canvased for a custom look, or things mounted to it as a rack. If you tell me what you want mounted where, I can make the mounts for the different parts.

I have a shovel and a fire extinguisher to add somewhere. I also have a rear view door mirror I can mount to the body if you like. It likely won't stay on long unless you are careful though!
