Thanks for the replies guys.

I like the idea of a top half and a bottom half finish.
Didn't think of that yet.

StangKilla it is heavy.
Haven't weighed it yet.
My guess is around 400 grams.

Got my scale towshackles last week.
Steel bolt and alloy(nickel/silver)shackles.

Thanks Pete.
It is harder to bend stainless steel.
But a good tube bender and a little heat now and then will take care of that problem.

The bender I use.
16mm radius,6mm groove(for 6mm tube)
The parts that actually touch the tube are cast.So no scratches on stainless tube.

Thanks guys.

TRX90 More pics will follow.

1BJB The additional piece up front is the winchmount.Far from finished and still a little bulky.
EDIT:I just re-read the post, you ment the brushguard to protect the off-roadlights.I took it off.It was a bit of creativity.Haven't found a 1:1 with a similar setup.

Schumo-kits is part of Axel'sModellBauShop.de

Mostly militairy but a lot of stuff they sell is perfect for 1/8 and 1/10 scalers.

The smaller shackles are normally used for scale boats.
I found them at my LHS.
