like its been said a lot on here in other threads there really isnt enough time to be able to run another class. and it would be more of a hassle than anything for the course creaters.

I myself would rather see more entrys allowed. Last year there were 70 spots, we finished early enough that we could have probably run another 5 trucks or so in each class.
Not sure where the Nats are going to be yet? But Moab wouldn't be a very good place for scalers, no water or mud.

The scale event would be good if it was separate from the normal two day comp. Like if we held the event on Monday out at some other nearby crawl spot. Otherwise I feel there would be just to much action to take in all at once and drivers that have to be 3 places at once.

I agree it would have to be on another day if at all. However, It would be a blast since the scale rigs have really taken off.

a follow the leader type trail ride would be cool, but with 100+ crawlers it might be a bit of a radio catastrophe

Forget the scale class or even your hopefull 14"er class at Nationals.... Look for the "Vintage 2003/2004 Class" Kongs and BFT's are the only two tires and you must run either X-Factor axles or Clod axles. Bigger the better.
