Default Southern Fun Run 2

We are going to plan another run the weekend of November 6. This should give everyone enough time to recover from the Ky run a few weeks prior to ours.

Digger kicks your butt most of the time, you should be used to it by now.

I think I'm in, gotta wait and see how the calendar looks at the end of next month.

If Kenny's making changes I guess I need to come up with some new ideas..... maybe cutting brakes? driveline disconnects? leveling air-bag suspension? 8O Let's see, where did I put that 8 channel radio?

Monkey Jr. is apart on the workbench right now getting upgraded.
I'm going to pick up a TQ3 radio system from a buddy right now. Hope to have the transmitter modified for 4WS this weekend.

Will Fun Run 2 be a competition?

I got the bug to compete after going to Dirk's.

We could run it as a competition. We ran about 6 diffrent courses last time and found quite a few more areas at the end of the day that would have an extreme degree of difficulty.

All we have to do to level the playing field is to hide CSR's radio or batteries. 8O

If we do a competition. Do you have a set of rules in mind?

I have only been to 1 comp, and I liked the Colorado Rules some what.

I know what issues came up during the comp, and would be happy to throw in my .02 cents.

Since Aubie is the host he should determine the rules

Fishmaxx I would enjoy running it as a comp. Im sure there would be enough time for other ventures also. Post the rules here if you like and let us know what problems arose and we will go from there.
