Default ALRC 2012/2013 Season Points Standings

Here we go!

First off I would like to welcome all the new people and encourage them to bring family and friends to all events.

Points payout

Attendance -1
Top qualifier -1
Finals -1
Win. -1 plus - attendance. (Example 10 people = -10 points , 8 people -8 etc.
2nd place, attendance, same as win but starting at the next lowest number.
3rd place, same as 2nd but starting at the next lowest number
4th place same as above etc.
5th place continuing down the number of entries.
6th etc
7th etc.
And it keeps going until the number of entries has been exhausted.

I do think this is a better point system and promotes attendance for events if you want to grab spots for Nationals. Alabama has the TOP crawlers in the world and I think those guys will still have a great shot to win our comps, however being 200+ points above the rest of the playing field and not showing up for a few events isn't cool in my book but I'm just along for the fun and hopefully one day will win a local comp

Has everyone just given up on moss rock? And I know a place. But you have to have a 1:1 rock crawler to get there. I'll se what I can find close.

Cheaha was a great place and isn't to far from bham. Would be a nice place to camp at as well. Grayrock could be done and I'm sure I could get us in. Morris Mountain would be decent and as always moss rock is a good place. I haven't touched mine since the last comp but would like to get out for another comp soon.

The only thing is with going to grayrock is making sure everyone could get to the course. Lol. I know I can. And I could bring about 3 ppl with me in my rig. Zac, just shoot me a txt whenever you want to go with a little bit of warning. I'll try my best to go. I want to see what this xr has to offer

Sure. I just dropped my rzr off to have some custom suspension stuff made but hopefully it won't be gone to long. I can make it all the way to bents and dents with zero problems in a car so if anyone had a truck they could make it there. The courses are a whole lot different than playing around out at Grayrock. Lots of side hilling ect.. The only place that I could think would be good would be on the lunch line. Is everything working right with yours?

We have about done moss rock to death, great place and I won my first comp there but we have run about every line there is there on both sides of the creek, pretty sure our next comp in February is going to be at LRC. Not that far from b-ham and a hell of a place to play

Yea. I have ran a couple packs through it and everything is fine. Besides the rear esc/motor one of the two seems like it just doesn't spin up like the front. I got it to where they are close with settings on my radio though. It works great! A whole lot more capable than my LCC is

If you had the rear on anything but 100% it will act a little different than what you think with the whole proportional thing. It's almost like you have to pull the throttle that much percent to get the rear to ever start to spin. You will get used to it though.
