I have recently moved back to TN. and have gotten into crawling. I was hoping to find some fellas near Mufreesboro or Nashville that get togather. I searched for mufreesboro, but to no avail. So if anyone is interested just let me know. . . i am sure there are a few tricks of the trade i could learn before i try a compitition. I saw the ad for the 15th of may in Columbia and am hoping to attend. If nothing else i would like to watch.

I'm in Belfast (37019) about 55 miles south of Nashville . I have some nice rocks on the family farm . I really don't no much about setup on a rig though and with a name like Badd . I'm not sure I wouldbe any help .

Badd, Thats not too far away. I wouldnt mind making the drive in a few weeks or so. Anything for some fresh rocks! (no pun intended)

I will pm you when i get some time to make the drive. I am going to try to organize something in Mufreesboro, TN. So far i know of one other crawler i met at a park one day when i was bashing around one of the gassers. I have plenty of experience organizing 'club like' rc stuff from years of giant scale (IMAC) flying. I competed all over, blah blah. . . my point is that if a few people in or near M'boro, TN would like to get togather then i would be more then willing to be the gopher to help organize a little email list, find some spots ect...

There is a nice place in Franklin TN off of I-65 . It is called Jim Warren Park . Sorry it took so long to reply, been huntin pretty hard, we built up a portable wagon so we dont have to unstack and carry the rocks out every time it is 4' wide by 16' long and sets about 13" off the ground it has 2' wings on it that go to the ground works pretty good so far. I will get with Todd and see if he wants to have a get together any time soon.
