I know an awesome crawl spot in western Kansas that we are going to hit up on our way home from the Midwest Challenge, I was just seeing if anyone else wanted to go.
Doesn't look like there are many people in the area.

I really shouldn't be so negative, the people in western kansas are some of the nicest you will ever meet. I am a better person today because of growing up out there. If fact I graduated from Greensburg high school, the one that got wiped out last summer. I went back and helped out my friends as much as I could. The amount of people that came in to help people they didn't even know was amazing.
Jason, there are some pretty fast off road guys out there, but I don't think too many into crawling.
Are you going to crawl up in the north west part of the state? My wife is from up around there, and she told me there were some really cool rocky areas.

If it's the place you posted pics of on the way home from Crawlapalooza, that does look like a sweet spot. I'm in central KS, just south of Salina.

Yep same place we went last time. My whole family is from western Kansas, a small town called Park right at the 99th mile marker on I-70.

My wife used to live in Healy, south of you. I bet the place she told me about is where you are going. Sounds cool. Where can I find these pics? Thanks.

Hey KS Crawler, I live in Newton just south of you if you live in Mcpherson. It would be cool to talk sometime if you're interested.

Sounds like a plan. I was just down your way last weekend, looking for the LHS. A couple of us were thinking of getting together once it warms up a little. Any good places to crawl around Newton?

Well the LHS is locate on sixth street just west of main. If you head west on sixth then you cant miss it right next to the Newton Kansan. By the way if you need anything, my neighbor owns it and I can get you parts if you need them and have you pick them up at your convience. I'm not too sure of many places around here other than over by the spillway at our lake or by the drainage pond, but we could also go over on the other south side of town and crawl around by the gravel company off of SW14th. I'm not a hard core rock crawler anymore since there aren't many rocks around here, but I do love my trail rigs and wouldn't mind taking mine out with you guys once the latest one is finished.
I'm not from KS but I visit Colby and Atwood KS often to see family. Anyone in the area that may want to get together when I come down to visit?

Our club, KCRC, is having a comp on the 15th at Fastlane. It will be the same course as the Mid West comp with new gates. Come on out.
