I am in Dover, De. and can't find anywhere really good to run....help!

You have two choices;
1. You could go get some rocks and a few boulders and build a course.
or
2. You can check out one of the clubs in other states close by, GSRCRC or SVRC. This option mean you have to drive at least an hour to wheel.

Yeah, dover, not much rocks down there. Need to live up north.

in newark just off 896 there is iron hill park very nice spot for crawling and a disk golf :evil:
