Introducing the "Tucker" 2.2 beadlock. I had alot of help with this design. It's mainly geared towards the WK axel. The overall track width with 2.2 crushers comes in around 10.25". The overall width of the rim with rings installed is 1.125". The back spacing is .650" with back ring installed. I haven't measured the track width with an Axial axel yet but I can tell you that a WK axel with CAC hub adapters installed is 8.75" wide from mounting face to mounting face. For anyone who has Sinner2's the new offset rim half will fit over your existing .750" rim half. Basically you replace the .500 rim half with the new "Tucker" rim half. This reduces your rim width and your track width drasticly. So if you want a narrow track width and narrower wheel then these are the weapon of choice."thumbsup"

The price is same as all my other beadlocks at $160.00/set shipped in the United States. For existing CAC Sinner2 owners the rim halfs are available seperately at $16.00 each with $5.00 for shipping.

Here are some pics....
(pics are shown with anodized rings. The rings provided in the set will be raw machined)

damnit Troy...
if only you'd make something like this for the 1.9's on TLT's. This is what I was hoping to get. remember when I told you about possibly making wheels where the spokes are up at the outer edge like 1:1 instead of buried in the 1.9 wheel hole?

agh, like my wallet can take any more of this!?

erm, can you make a 5 spoke TLT version of that?

Joey, is there any way I could get you to try your sinners on your OCM axels (.750 inside)? The .750" half of the "Tuckers" are the same as what you have already. Thank you sir"thumbsup"

Hey Troy, I sent you an e-mail. It may be a day or two before I can meet up with him, but rest assured I can make it happen.

Sorry Troy I didn't see this sooner. Thanks BD for the head up!

Over all width with the sinner 2s was a little over 10¾ depending on which part of the tire you measured. There was about 10mm between the steering link and the wheel and 5-6mm between the steering arm on the knuckle and the wheel.

After staring at the wheels for almost a month I finally get to put them on my enRoute axles. They look great. Everyone at the AL comp yesterday was commenting on how good the look. Thanks again Troy for making these."thumbsup"

10.25" is as about as narrow as you can get the track width on those axles, right?

Troy, will you be offering just the faces as an upgrade to retrofit existing CAC wheels or just the

complete wheel?

Likewise....I got a chance to see some of your awsome paint work there. Top notch stuff man!!!!"thumbsup""thumbsup"

BD....Yes. The the wheel faces are available seperately. I can also do a package deal with a set of sinner2's and a set of Tucker wheel faces. That way you can go crazy with the cheeze wizz. "thumbsup"

I ground down some hexes to fit flush with the hub. Width is at 10 1/8 now. This is also using the .250 hubs.
