Relocation Advise

A buddy of mine is looking to relocate to Northern VA. Can anyone give me some insight on good places to look?

He has kids so a good school district is important.

I'm not up in NOVA but where is he working at? I know many people commute up to 2 hours away from NOVA so that can include northern VA, central VA, southern MD, and eastern WV.

He will be a regional manager that encompasses Eastern PA, Baltimore, VA, WV, etc. Company specified Baltimore or NOVA...

I've lived in No Va all my life and have seen the whole demographic change in many ways. From what little info you've given I would say the two best places are Loudoun County (fast growing, great schools) and Fairfax County. I can go into greater detail on both locations if you would like just shoot me a pm.
