unfourtunetly i do not have any more progress pics as time was running out i spend all the time i could just getting it ready for the sunday comp. I was up till 4 on friday, then up till 3 on sat .
But i did manage to get it all together and running for the comp, went and took 1st!! truck works great!! i couldn't be happier.
There are a few things i need to tweak as going on 5 hours of sleep in 3 days made my thoughts a little unclear and could have mounted things a little better. But whats a comp rig without any tweaking??
Anyway on to a few pics from sunday

thanks. it was a long build i am used to a couple hours a day over a couple weeks! not 8-10hrs a day for 3 days! it was brutal but worth it!! "thumbsup"

thanks, i mocked it up at about 3 in the morn sat night, it looked good at the time, but i was worried it would get crushed in a roll over....and it did. I just couldn't think of anything else that late, after stepping back i have found a lot better way to mount it a lot lower to protect it.

those are the sinners. THANKS cac for the door prize at east coasts champs!! it measures in at 10.5 with the flat irons.
Looks awesome! Good choice on the frame color!
thanks, it matches my super tuber. try to keep them looking similar.
It'll never work!:-P
edit: I do have one question. Why the switch up front? Assuming it is a front dig switch, are the wires run all the way from back to front twice?

only place i could find to mount it, wires run from middle to front to back.
Ok a little update
I didn't like the way i had the dig switches and servo mounted before. It was just way too high on top of the axle. I new before the comp it was a bad location but with time running out it was the only place i could see to mount it. And sure enough the first time i rolled it down a steap off camber ledge, I crushed the servo. luckily it was the last course and i could finish without needing the dig.
Before:
http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm62/rockbound/yorkville%205-18-08/P5180133.jpg
So i used the one bumper mount that came with the berg kit and made a new mout to protect and hide the servo and switches a little better. I really wanted to mount them inside the chassis but there was just no room, they are pretty well protected now but still the pefect placed rock in a roll my cause some damage. only time will tell.
After:

Second comp out with the berg.. i pulled a second place. winner was another berg tuber! congrats coles!!
he was running losi claws and i was running panthers. for the first time since mounting my panthers i felt they did not hook up well. Coles made a few climbs look easy that i had some real trouble with. maybe it was the driving maybe it was the terrain, but he got me this time!!
here are a couple shots from the day
