4ws??

i am running rear steer in my truck with a hitec hs 645 mg and a stock esavage servo for the rear my esc keeps getting hot. i am assuming this is because i don't have an external bec?:?: i need some suggestions on a cheap one that will work for 4ws and if you can give links that be perfect. thanx for the help
