Im gonna have to get a gtg over here soon. I just got word that when my lease is up, I will have to buy or leave and I'm not too sure about stepping into more debt right now.

That sucks and is kind of wierd they would rather you leave if you don't buy it. I will probably buy the house I am in next year.. if I do that it will also drop my month payments from $600 a month to rent to $300 a month if I decide to buy it.

Well, it looks like I will be buying my next place after all:shock:. That will give me even more freedom to do what the fawk I want. Yes yes guys, there will be a course (or 2:lol:) and with that extra freedom I will be getting a pooch of somesort. I'm allergic, but I don't give a fawk. I needs me a 4-legged friend"thumbsup".
