Posting live from the event. King Bling, Officer Parker, and the CKRC crew have set up some awesome tough courses.

You should be kicking yourself in the ass if you didn't come to this event.

I've ran 2 courses, -11 on the first, the 40'd the second. As I pulled through the start gate my rear motor came unsoldered and with there being no off course repairs I was done.

Brad, Austin, and RBGERRISH appear to be tearing up the courses.

Off to run my last course, I'll try to post more updates throught the day.

Gerrish the dorkstar himself broke a front axle and was unable to finish the course. That got him a 30.

That sucks... he broke last year also and it was a silly hi tec plastic servo arm. Those axles are so bad azz...

Quick little update from my Hotel room! I was in good position giong into the Semis. Ran the 4th course about 3/4 through pretty well, right into the 'home free' area, and then my 3mm locknut on my steering linkage fell off! I couldnt find the nut, but borrowed Mike's ABC gum to secure the linkage to the screw. I think I got 1 more progress, but was unable to finish the course... :(

&*it happens!

The finals course was fun, but I made some poor decisions and it cost me, not to mention I was stupid and broke something in my front end... Oh well.

Congrats to Gatekeeper and Bender, and Brandon and Dean for excellent driving and being all around great guys to drive with.

Looking forward to Supers!

Oh, and the Panthers HOOKED UP out there. After observing many well set up rigs, I'd say they had the best traction of any of them. Of course, that's just one area, results may differ in you neck of the woods!

dima they are running super class pros and novice 2.2 today along with werock 1:1 it will be another awesome day

i think it is 15 bucks to get in not because of the rc crawling but the fee is for werock

had a freakin blast yesterday made it to the semi's qualifying 11th only to have an electrical problem that ended my run .

one highlight for me was taking second in the pre event comp on thursday and having second low score on course 2 yesterday , the berg was working awesome .

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who put on this event. Parker, Chris, mmmaka, ......ok, I have no clue the names of all the judges, but I have to give you guys respect. It was hot, windy, and barely enough oxygen to sustain life on those courses thanks to the altitude. You guys did a pheonominal job judging with minimal issues or complaints. A big thank you from the Nor-Cal guys for sure. It was tough hanging all that time until the finals and I wound up having to leave before the end thanks to me being just a little too sleep deprived, but I had a great time.

The 2.2 courses had a good mix for all challenges. At least it put TINY to a test. It was great meeting old friends, new people and fellow team mates. Most importantly it was fun getting out and driving again. It has been way too long away from a controller.

See you guys at the next event.

So 2.2 class gets minute by minute updates, and super class can't even get the results?

Well I am guessing Jason was running in both classes. After a few mishaps with his 2.2 rig he had the ability to concentrate on updating the stats for the 2.2 class from his phone. Maybe he did well in supers and ended up running all the courses?

Yep that's what happened. I made it to the finals with the super so I couldn't spend the time I wanted posting updates.

During the day I destroyed my super and spent quite a bit of time repairing it, which also took time away from me posting updates.

Thanks to Nabil for the parts, and thanks to H3resq for the wrecnh turning I was able to keep running and pull off 2nd place.
