Run Revo's and put your fuse at the spur gear. It's a cheap easy fix."thumbsup"

whats the thickness of the two flat spots? im wondering since I run the CKRC dig unit and had to file the rear output down to 3mm.
my stock aluminum ones are getting torn up and was looking at the 3Racing ones but Id be more for a local independent if they will work.
thanks
btw - will your other outputs bolt to these? Im thinking Emax front shaft and because of my dig Pede rear shaft

Revo's are 5mm? I thought they were 6mm... thanks for the tip! 8)

They are 6mm. So are Maxx yokes and I run them on my 2.2. Look up the maxx shaft mod in the Axial section. Any shaft can be bolted up then.8) You will have to run a smaller spur though. You can run a 87t with maxx yokes. It's very tight, but it'll clear.....might need to clearence the yoke 2 or 3 thousandths. Since Revo's are larger than maxx yokes, you'll have to go down on the spur. I run an 81t spur in my super running an Axial tranny with Revo's....pleanty of room. You might be able to squeeze an 84t spur on there with Revo's,never tried it though. 81t spurs are much better.
Might just wanna run Yota's 6mm outputs then. "thumbsup"

Thats what I'm running. Bombproof."thumbsup" My point was that if you had the 5mm,you can still work with them and have strength."thumbsup"
In some cases, the 5mm will work better for some set up's. Like if a guy has a drive line dig set up built around Pede shafts and steel Traxxass yokes. You can still run a Revo on the front shaft."thumbsup"
Thanks to Anthony,he's gave us many options for drive line strength.8)

Got mine today and tested them out, they work great. Thanks CDW
P.S. Running stock tranny, no dig.
Thanks to Anthony,he's gave us many options for drive line strength.8)
Very true... you can even run a 6mm shaft in the rear and 5mm in the front if shaft diameter size is an issue... there are a number of ways you can setup your driveline now. "thumbsup"
I'll have to place an order once the kit comes in.

got these quick(fast shipping), good shipping rate since I bought 3 products at once......the skid plate is genius...the outputs are also great(didnt realize they come with two flat parts and a longer "shaft", i just bought em cause they were 4130, my mips arent going anywhere once I find more set screws.)
didnt set the 4 link up yet, lazy(not sure of upper link placement, etc). but even the blemed 4 link looks nicely crafted.
thanks

this is the same issue my buddy is having.
Do your screws that go together with shaft have threads on one side?
He has the VF dig with cdw shaft long in rear and black stock in front.
what should he do? I know you cant run MIP with rear 6mm cdw shaft.
just wanted to put this out there for him.

Okay, I just seen a guy yesterday at the Millerton Lake compitition with these replacement output.s I rounded mine out. They talked you up pretty good and said these are the best out there. I looked at CKRC and they have the same description, and the same picture as you. Their's is $24 dollars and yours is $38. Could you elaborate here?

I typed the last message, you'd think I could read....
Let me break it down for ya Barney Style for the other readers."thumbsup" I was told CDW "makes these replacement outputs" What I was asking is:
1. If you make them, why are they more expensive coming from the source?
2. How is it justifiable CKRC sells your stuff $14 cheaper? I mean, if you make them, I'd rather take the middle man out and put my money in your hand, but not at this price difference.
3. Did I use too big of words for you 4xFord?

Let me help you. We were selling the CDW outputs and have recently come out with our own version. That is why our lockouts are less money.
CDW's are made in the usa and are of the highest quality. They are a little beefier then our new outputs, so the cost is worth it.

I am not trying to hijack a thread, but what do you mean? My buddy has been having trouble keeping driveshafts in one piece. While I am at it, is there anything other than an axial shaft or a stampede(i believe that's the other shaft..) that can be used? It's a pain in the arse fixing shafts all the time.
