I have recently spoke to Don and I felt it was necessary to post this up. He agreed as well.

Don's sister passed away this weekend. She has been battling a long illness. Don has been off for the past 2 weeks to handle the issues involved with that. The duties of handling customers was passed off to the guys in his shop and apologizes deeply for any inconveniences.

Don asks if it would be possible to address these issues after this week. He assures that all requests and orders will be handled at that time.

Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.

Seriously sad news, but I'm sure all will be well for Don and his family. I'm also sure that all customers will be taken care of.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I always stress that this is a hobby and sometimes we get caught up in it and forget that.

Don has gone out of his way to help get my rig up and running.
He is a man of his word. So if, he says he can and will 'do a fix, he certainly will.

If there is a problem, he'll keep you posted. If he did not he reply quickly, he's probably attending to very urgent matters. Don provided quick updates even on a road trip, or on his way to attend to a pressing personal/family matter requiring his attention.

So folks, if he says he'll fix things for you, he certainly will. Great things happen to those who are patient.

My sincerest condolences Don. I know life has become quite challenging, you hang in there buddy.
