The K2-4 is discontinued and will NOT be made again after these 3 sell out (reguardless of how many requests come in :lol: )

Just caught your thread, I'm new to crawling and would like to build a scale crawler. I have a Jeep Rubicon body I don't know who made it but it measures 18"x 6 1/2" inside. I also have a pede and Axial tranies. Do you have a chassis that will fit?

I have two right now that will work.

The K2-3S is short at 12" long but the wheelbase is what you make it to be. That would work just fine, but the better chassis would be a K2-5. It's 16" long and the wheelbase is again whatever you make it. Either would work great!

I tell you what. I'll send it USPS International 1st Class mail for $40.00 to the UK.

No insurance and no tracking but I've not had a problem in the past. It is however a send and pray package so I cannot refund the money if it fails to show up.

We'll see what happens. I'm not 100% that I'll offer the chassis yet. It depends on what kind of numbers we can workout. Due to the fact that there made in the US and in limited runs, they won't be cheap. I'm trying to get the price at around $25.00 - $30.00 for the plates and 2 cross-members.

On a side note, my machinist has told me that he had a few K2-3L's and K2-4's that he has not sent me (just some extras as he cuts product).

I think I'll have 2 - K2-3L's and 2-3 K2-4 by Monday.

For the HPI Rubicon body I dig the Pro-Line beadlocks with RC4WD 2.2 Mudslingers ;-) That's what I used on my last Rubicon and it was a pretty killer setup and look.

I've tried different shocks on my trail scale Rubicon K2-5 but it still dosn't look right. I'm just looking for a stock looking set up with good performance. I like the looks of the mud slingers on 8 shooters. this is my first crawler and with a K2-5 as a base to start with, I'm off toa good start.;-)

Shocks are a bitty to figure out due to there terrible looks.

I really like the Losi shocks or the HPI 3.5" shocks. There gold but they have a pivot ball on the top cap and mount-up really nice.
