I'm testing the water here looking for interest in these wheels, to see if its worth while running some sets. ( lots of em hopefully )
this is shown without bolts of course. what are your thoughts. These Wheels would come machine finished,
Wheel
2 lock rings + 24 M2.5 bolts
1 hub cap + 6 M2 bolts
they take quite some time to make because of the detail, but they need to be priced affordable
in side lock ring wont have the cutouts in them

yes I realize that but these consume quite a bit of machine time. I'm revamping some toolpaths hoping to cut done the run time which in turn may reduce the cost down the road

Look great."thumbsup"
The only thing I would change is the way the counterbores break into the center design on the ring. It's one of my pet peeves, makes it look like an afterthought.
Dam those are sweet"thumbsup"
At last a 'real' beadlock for 1.9's

$160 is too much to ask. I understand that you put alot of resources and work into these but so don't all the other companies that sell them for 100-140ish. Only pointing this out because I would order some... but not for 160. Thanks"thumbsup"

soon, I'm finishing up the first set of Walkers, getting the cnc pogramming dialed in.
Is there a preferance on material? I see a lot of delrin wheels being made
I may try out some medium gray pvc type material to see how they look
Any thoughts on makin' these in a 2.2?

any way to make the 6 inner triangles/holes bigger? effectivly makeing the "spokes" thinner?
CadToChrome

these where designed to be as scale as possible. right now they weigh in at 2.8 oz each without rubber

the spokes just look thicker than the 1:1 for some reason. still killer looking though

Tell you what Guys.., These rims are well WORTH the wait..!!! ( no matter how long it takes to get them..) "thumbsup""thumbsup" I am 100% happy with the set that Wes made me for Project "Clampy"..!! In fact, I like them SO much, I am going to be getting another set from him for another build I have in the works..!!
For all those that say $160.00 is TOO much for these... Honestly, think about it this way... Most guys on here are willing to spend $139.00 for a set of brand name Aluminum beadlock wheels, that EVERYBODY and their brother seem to be running these days..., These are REAL 1.9" Walker Evans Beadlock wheels..!!! They DON'T exist anywhere else..!!!!! CadToChrome is the ONLY company making them..... I was MORE than willing to pay what I did for an AWESOME set of custom "one of a kind" rims that NOBODY else out there has..!!!! Thats just me... but I know I'm not alone with thinking that..:lol: Anyways, keep up the Awesome work Wes, and Thanks again - Chris "thumbsup"
