anybody around the southwest area of the state? asheville and surrounding areas. i'm in rutherfordton, nc and just getting into the sport. i've been eyeballing the lake lure area for crawling spots.

I used to live in Asheville. I moved to Andeson SC about 2 years ago. I have been thinking about taking my crawler up to the lake lure area for a while also. I used to ride motorcycles throught there all the time. I know there is some REALLY great crawling spots in and around Asheville. I just have to find time to get up there to them!!

There's a guy who works at Carolina Art and Craft in Asheville (Jesse 828-258-2227) he has a family track and crawling area at his house and there a few of us that crawl there and somtimes we get out to other places around here. I also heard Grave yard fields is good to its on the parkway.:shock:

i live in the grace chapel area of granite falls...out falls ave...a couple of us went to lookout dam on sunday...it was a great spot...you can look at some pics in the post "went to lookout dam today...here's some pics"...haha...it takes about 35 min to get there from granite falls...

Just wanted to you guys about a place in chattanooga,tn. Brian's Hobbyland has indoor courses and is started building an outdoor course. All the guys get together every friday night to have a mini comp. We start about 6pm and run till midnight. The courses are open during business hours. We are going to build it up and have comps here held by E.T.R.C. Come by and check us out. "thumbsup"

I had to sell my AX 10 a while back and am currently trying to find something but I have a VERY tight budget.
