I got my CC about a month ago and its been a slow progress with very limited funds. im still hopping to add some more goodies to this but its very reliabe i havent broken a thing on it and i drive it as hard as i can.
specs:
stock motors(one day to be hh)
LRP AI esc(have a mamba max sent in to castle cuz it was fried)
m3 hammers HPI spike rims narrower
axial high ground clearence links and integy top links
locked rear
hitec 645 mg(one day a JR)
2 1/2 ounces in/on each diff housing
still plastic gears(will get the metal ones when in stock at my LHS)
XTM xcellerator shox in the rear limited 1inch in and 1/2inch out
T4 shox front no limiters and stock coils
flipped steering knuckles side to side to get 1/8inch more groundclearence
8 3700 mah sub-c cell battery pack and one 4200 mah
slammed losi mf2 custome rock clawler body(1 hour with the heat gun)

had to do a little jumbleing for these links to work and have the front paralel wth the ground

rear lock out also on both front and rear the screw on the suspension linkage mount b is inverted so the screw head is in the recessed hole reducing hang ups

lots of skid plates everybody loves skid plates. i found that the wheel well cut outs made excelent scale like(as in reptile) skid plates

not yet still need some upgraded motors and esc the stock motors arnt bad but. they fade hard and fast i bought some e-flight heat sinks cured that problem and they were way cheep i think i spent under 8 bucks

Great looking rig!! So did you get the Mamba working or is that the stock electronics? Before I had the mamba in my CC I did the single battery mod and used my lipo, that will certainly liven up the motors.

not stock LRP AI. the mamba is of to Castle creations along with the money to fix it

also added springs in the rear and inverted the shocks and move the link forward 1 hole

Great looking rig, so what is the wheel base? On the stock ESC, the "b2" positive and negative power the BEC, so use those and you can have just one pack to run. You need to short the B1 wires to get power to the motor.

BTW do you have any more of those East Coast Hydro stickers?

12in axel to axel stock width. they are Green Coast Hydro and Green Coast MotherF*****. not east coast. i have tons of both
