Those are nice , but they need to make a threaded shock body for the AX10 shocks...

the "reservoir" looks hollow, check the bottom

and it looks like te top and bottom caps are still plastic....dont get me wrong, they look really good, and if they do have aluminum caps they will probly end up on my scaler, but im done with plastic shock housings and caps

can you get replacement spring to stiffen of soften the rate? or is this just done with adjuster and oil level?

So is the travel similar to other 90mm shocks? I ask because you have what looks like a short body and a compression stop on the shaft.
My HPI A723's are listed as 62-87mm so it seems like the travel is similar, maybe more.

If these will easily replace the A723's then I'd love to go with them. Spherical ball in the cap and the small diameter body are top notch features. Great shocks Axial.

Those are cool but I am assuming the reservoir is not functional, is it just for looks?

There is nothing wrong with plastic shock caps... I actually prefer plastic caps.
The problems with leaking and caps popping off is caused by plastic shock BODYS...not shock caps.8)

Nice work axial! The shocks look great. I think the plastic caps with balls on top are a great idea. So much easier to setup without binding and fuel tubing. You might sell a boat load of these shocks minus the resivour and in a few different lengths.

These are aimed primarily at the scaler market. We haven't tested them as a comp shock for use on the AX10. (we have something better planned there "thumbsup")

The reservoir is a looks only touch, but they also include the no reservoir cap as well.

Thanks,
Axial
