So It looks like I've stripped the servo arm screw on my H645MG servo. Can anyone give me any ideas? Oh and an aluminum servo arm too.

might be able to tap the output shaft for a hair larger screw.
OFNA makes aluminum servo horns with plastic inserts to fit most anything.

yup those are the hors I've got. but the screw holding it in is a phillips and rounded out.
Can you get a new gear set? The screw threads into a gear...

When I strip screws out I take my dremel and grind a flat head slot in it and then use a flat head screw driver to get it out. All you need it a little bit and make sure you put alot of pressure on the screw driver so it does not slip again.
I have extra screws if you need one.

Luckily I had the screw out a bit before it rounded out. so I hack a line in it and flat bladed it out. After heating up the screw head with a soldering iron. But I can't find a screw. So I'm reusing it.
John can you bring me one? I doubt I'll be able to find one in Morgan Hill tomorrow. So the LHS didn't have aluminum servo horn that didn't use the plastic adapters. But i bought another Ofna horn just for the plastic adapter. I guess I'll order one. Does anyone know if you can get just plastic parts?
