Just wanted to get this thread in before I pass out for the night.

I took the creeper out for the first time today and had a great time. This is my first RC vehicle, did a lot of research on the web and came up with wanting the creeper. I think I've made a good choice but need to do some simple mods to make it a little better.

I will post pics tomorrow of my Creeper for all to see.

BTW, this place is full of great info and think it's great to have direct contact with the factory reps from Venom.

Ya know, it did alright. Better than I thought it would. I don't even have any wheel weights yet. When I get a little more money, I will get different upper shock mounts and get rid of the battery tray all together. I'll probably run a lipo and run it on the front links and move the ESC to the back links instead of the side of the transmission.

That JR steering servo is awesome. It didn't even hesitate to turn, even under extreme duress. I'm glad I went with it.

The battery is a 7 cell 8.4 volt, it works well with the Novak Goat.

The novak combo works great. I have all the control at slow speed, then I have the extra wheel spin a brushless motor gives you when needed.

I have the 18.5t.
