Caveat Emptor on a NW IA Craigslist Find

Ran across this Clod on the local craigslist....thought it was worth a shot, but the price was out of line... emailed with a reasonable (but much lower) initial offer.

Man did I open up Pandora's headcase! After a few emails, and a lot of "Listen, I'm not trying to insult you...it was just an offer!" reply's from me... I'm pure evil and then some! I'll spare you the details. I'm just letting people know, the owner really seems to be a whack job.... buyer beware!
