These are cad designed and waterjet cut to exacting standards. These are drop, no cutting them out of lexan.

Note: this does not come with the spring. A common spring is LXAEM7 from Tower Hobbies or you can purchase a similar spring from your hardware.

Are these the same for the dx6i or can they be made to work with it?

I believe the 6i uses a completly different setup.

sweet! I just got a DX6 and was contemplating how to do this. Are there any other components needed to do the mod? Or just this and the spring? Will there be any instructions for those of us not familiar with the DX6? (this thing was REALLY expensive... don't want to break it, y'know)"thumbsup"

just this and the spring, there are several step by step guids here on RCC. It is really an easy mod to do. Basically you take the back off, remove the "clicker", attach the spring at the bottom then drop in the rocker and attach the spring. Takes longer to get the screws out of the case.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is the same rocker that the Jr sx600 uses. I installed one on mine and works great!

Ill have to pull my radio apart and I cant do that until after this weekends comp. when its installed it looks just like the rockers currently there.

The Elevator/Aileron stick already returns to center. This is made for the Throttle (left up/down) stick.

ok . I got it. i have that for my right side throttle
I was thinking for my left side dig.

this will work on either side, if you have a mod 1 radio versus a mod2 radio the throttle side will be reversed. I personally use a Mod 1 which is throttle on the right, thus I needed to install mod on the right stick instead of the left. IF you have a dx6 (or JR equivalent) with a stick that doesn't return to center, this is will allow you to adapt it.
