If I understood the question well (sorry my English is approximate). I use a foam memory in the rear tires, and 2 memory foam by tire in the front one. It is not very common, but that avoids to the front tire be too much crushed :ror: My crawler is rather heavy, it weighs 2.8kg approx. Moreover, with the brushless novak, the crawler has enormously torque. That done much effort on the front axle.

Hello,
Some images of last the modifications of my crawler.
http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/899/crawlerpillar003.jpg (http://img32.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar003.jpg)
Always old body of origin^^
http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/3250/crawlerpillar022.jpg (http://img33.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar022.jpg)
http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/4179/crawlerpillar004.jpg (http://img195.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar004.jpg)
Some modification on the front steering. It is simplified.
http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/9639/crawlerpillar005.jpg (http://img269.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar005.jpg)
http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/9676/crawlerpillar018.jpg (http://img200.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar018.jpg)
http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7886/crawlerpillar019.jpg (http://img198.imageshack.us/my.php?image=crawlerpillar019.jpg)
Modifications of fixings of the links on the back axle. That makes it possible to make adjustments of the geometry of the rear wheels.
Modifications of the suspensions with the external addition of springs. The springs are hard, and are utilies to absorb the shocks. The suspensions always function in full drop, the springs external intervene in the last.
I replaced Punicher Shaft for of Mip for AX10, much lighter:lol:
They was the last modifications on this project, before passing to another. Hum... That is said, but the modifications are never finished:roll:

Hello,
I come to remove dust on this post :)
They was the last modifications on this project, before passing to another. Hum... That is said, but the modifications are never finishedhttp://www.rccrawler.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gifTss... Tsss... Liar :twisted: Finally, I have to modify the chassis.
Here the third version of the chassis. The principal modifications are:
Better distribution of the masses (60% front, 40% rear).
To advance the position of the transmission.
To incline the bottom of the frame backwards.
To remplace all Bling-Bling Alu rod ends by revo rod ends, more effective.
The remainder in images :

Height under chassis : 7cm (2.75") with low, 8cm (3.15") with highest

Hello,
Continuation and end of the modification on this version of the frame. After much of tests, the point modified following one :
On the rear, I replaced the shock absorbers of origin by RC4WD Silver Sparks Comp Shocks (90mm) (http://www.rc4wdstore.com/2/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=711), with 90 oil,
the fixing of the lower front link passes in front of tranny,
manufacture of the lower rear and front link in Delrin,
new Wheely King body, the old one was very very damages,
lots of test to find the good compromise between Torque Twist and Anti-Squat

Hello,
Some update,
The principal modifications relate to the front axle, in particular the BTA. The preceding assembly was too prominent and the servo were very exposed with the shock.
Now, I use small a lipo, simpler to integrate on the axle.
I repositioned the servo, it is placed much behind, less exposed to the shock and friction.
The whole of the elements are placed low, to lower the center of gravity.
http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/4038/imgp1423u.jpg
http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/1706/imgp1422.jpg
The BAT system is remade in steel stem of 4mm.
http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/2939/imgp1425c.jpg
I changed the slope of the axle, so that the elements is more vertical and less exposed.
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/7530/imgp1435.jpg
http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/4510/imgp1431.jpg
The boly is from now on under the level of the tires.
