Well I'm looking into it now. But have to wait till I get home to use my girls imac.

I'm shooting for 5-6 pm . With either a fix, minus the logo edit cause that was my fault but ill have it fixed or answer why its down. Acording to what I got so far it looks like the site and all is fine but the host is experincing problems. 90% sure we will be back to the norm by tonight.

well, i don't know whats going on, but it's like 50/50 who can get on and who can;t. I was talkinto Dez a minute ago and he was on but i still couldnt get on. weird...but i still cant see it.

Guys,
I saw what was happening on GSRCRC and called Ryan to figure out what was happening. He is looking into it, but I did a little digging also and there are no SPECIFIC IP bans........I told him to call the hosting provider and I am going to have him check the cpanel to see if on the back end (server side) that there are no rules or messages explaining what happened/is happening.
All I can think of (at a quick glance/look) is that the host is blocking IP's from a security standpoint and that is causing the issue. It could be coming from the individual ISP blocking traffic to the hosting provider also.......
Again, Ryan is looking at it and trying to figure it out, and I am assisting as much as I can.
We'll let you know as we know.

Yes i am looking into it. Sorry for this hassle and i looked into who or what is blocking the ip. Noone changed any setting to block the ips. And i do not want to be blamed for doing something that i did not do. Nor do i wnt my name brought up in a negative way if i am not the one at fault. If i find that a mod did do something it will be dealt with . i will be removing some mods when im at a pc.

When whatever updates were run, i'm guessing a blank index.html was created. Being that .html is listed ahead of .php in the default search order, you can probably delete or rename index.html.
