I've used a thin white cutting mat from wal-mart sold in the cutting board section. I cut it to size and used heavy duty double sided tape to stick it around the bottom! Works great really and slippery as well!!
Now I just grind everything on the rocks"thumbsup"
I think you need some of these:

The ones for the Bully axles are on page 3 and 4.

I am using the thin cutting board material as well.
I used both 3m double sided tape and some tie straps to make sure they stay on.
I'll probably upgrade to LoneWolf Disigns skids when I get the chance, but so far the Thin Cutting board is holding up fine and working.

The small 5 hour energy bottles, same size as motos. The ends are curved in helps to cover endbell.

On a berg but same concept. Used a spare motor and heat gun to to mold some polycarbonate around the can and used double sided tape to stick them on.
