I did a search but all I coudl find is the Crawler kit for 79.99 :wow: I was wondering if some where sells some standard links designed to lengthen the WK chassis. Or am I gonna have to make my own links? Which is what I'm suspecting is gonna have to be done.

Cool thank you they are now one of my bookmarks. Don't suppose you know where to get Driveshafts from? I extended my wheelbase last night and the front driveshafts was shortened when I got it so it keeps falling out.

If your lookin to mod your own and save a few bucks: The traxxas tmaxx turn buckles work well for longer links, makes the wk aroudn 12 in wb. Tmaxx drive shafts fit with 1/2 inch trimmed off each end of the shaft quite nicely. There are several aftermarket extended links and drive shafts out there, hpi makes them for the rock crawling kit. I suggest staying as far away from integy as possible, the STRC ones are probably nice, havnt had any complaints from the 2 items I ordered from them.

Longer truck can stretch over obstacles, up rocks, ect. A wider truck would have a larger turning radius, so keeping it at stock width is best. Extending the wb to 12.5 in and lowering the shock positions on the chassis makes the wk quite capable on the rocks, theres a few other things you can do but extending the wb to 1/10th scale is the most common first thing people do to a wk.

I got 149mm lower links from Integy and made my own upper links using parts from the wheely king crawler kit.

14.5 inches

i just run the kit . liked everthing about it but the price of it . the new axle mounts are nice but the gear reduction is no good with a 55 turn motoer . u want to see slow lol

now my CK is 4 cm longer,2 in the front,2 in the back.i have the reduction gear box mounted, and i am thinking of replacing the spur gear with a smaller tooth one 87 tooth,so it will go faster.also i ordered the wide hex hub for better stability on the rocks,an also the aluminum shocks from hpi, because the stock one are leaking and i'm not satisfied.the longing and widing is for my pleasure because in romania there r no competitions so it's for my fun
