Okay, here is my pitch. Looking to get a crawler club up and going, nothing to serious at first, more for fun and to get a feel. I do have a couple of places in mind, but any info on new locations with in a 100 mile radius of the Omaha, NE. Council Bluffs, IA. will be taken very seriously. At this time I know of 5 or 6 crawlers in this area. I personally have three running crawlers and three more in the pipe.
Anyone interested needs to PM me for more info. I am looking at getting the first get together in early Feb. if I can get some feed back from you guys and weather permitting.
Thanks for reading, let me know if this sounds good or not.
Thanks,
Gerame

I don't think we're having much luck here. I have talked to a few people and even told them about RCC, so I know they are here in the corn somewhere.

I'm up for it. I don't know the west side of IA very well though. So I can't help on any locations over there.
There is a local guy here that is starting to get into crawling. He would probably go too.

Thanks for posting up the time. I almost didn't look at the thread though, because it didn't show as having new posts. Maybe next time post a reply with the place.

Well, I think for our first outing we should do more of a trail run. There is a spot at Lake Cunningham, I have ran there before. Give me a call, or PM me. It is close to my house so we can meet here.
Right now shniders1975, thaclodking, mudinyeri, and myself are going. I my have one more that might show up.
Anyone else in the Omaha area is welcome to come, PM me;-)
Thanks,
Gerame

The spot is all rocks, they are just a little easier to run then some place like Shram Park.

What a great day for crawling! 65° and not a cloud in the sky on a mid-January day in Nebraska - hard to beat that. Nice to meet you guys and do a little crawling. Gerame, that TXT is amazing! I was very pleased with my tucked 1:6 Nylint too. Nice rigs all around, guys. Hopefully one of you can post up some pics as I didn't get any.
