I was messing around in the shop today and ended up makking a hilift jack.Its 4'' long and is functional It just dosend rachet.I made it for my scale nylint.And it only took like 3 hours!:roll:

its cool and all, but dont take this the wrong way, but where is the part that actually lifts its the rig? I think you need to add something onto it like what I circled below. Other that I think its cool thats its functional.

Definitely gives me some ideas...I don't know if I could keep my interest in it for 4 hours though.

Why does your HF "farm jack" have all of it's paint on it and is still reasonably straight? I bent mine with a Samurai..:roll:

Only the jeep guys are jerks about that kind of stuff...Owning a Zuk is like joining a family.

sorry I was soo bissy looking at the pic of your samri I missed your question...Its actualy solid steel rod that I heated up and flatened into a rectangle.It took along time but thats all I had.its not perfect...but I think its good enoph.I made the part that actualy lifts the truck too so ill get some pics of that up soon too and mabe a shovle If I get some free time tonight. :roll:

lol I took the picture on my dads side of the shop...lol its all dirty.the pipes are for projector mounds but im guna have to try that!lolIll go get pics of the nylint

oh the ;pipe bombs are fun!!run a red and black wire out of the powder and touch the red wire to a 9v batt...but i know nothing about that happy 420

It seems labor intensive.

Once I get my truck actually finished, I think I'll look at some HO scale train track...seems like a single I-beam would make for a great jack.

yea I can see your not a big fan of nylints from your avtar:shock: lol.And yea a pice of train rial would work good for a jack but round bar is all I had.So I busted out the mapp gas and hammer:roll:
