Hey, will anyone be there Saturday? I was thinking of getting a room and spending the weekend if I dont have to work.
I might head down this evening. It'll be dark when I get there, so no crawling for me today.
Kenny, I'll call ya later.

Kenny, I am heading out in about an hour. I plan to stop at the hobby shop and mess around a little.
We had a lot of fun today! The weather was perfect.
Lots of carnage..... Kenny broke two axle shafts. Kenny's cousin broke a CVD in his Maxx hybrid. Matt broke one of his arrow links. I broke three servo arms, killed one servo, stripped the gears in the other and broke a Maxx slider shaft.
I didn't get many pics.... I was too busy fixing my truck. ;) I'll try to get the pics up later.

Yea, that was fun. I cant wait till March.
CSR how did the K-rocks do??? 3 servo arms???
The K-rock's didn't work as good as LST's. In the clean rocks they did OK, they sucked up on the hill where there's lots of sand. Tripp and I struggled on one obstacle with the K's, Tripp swapped to his LST's and made it up easily.
I don't know what the deal was with servo arms. The arms that broke were all plastic, the aluminum arm in front held up fine. Time to invest in another aluminum arm. ;)

I was prepared, had a pile of plastic arms in my box. Bought a aluminum arm today. ;)

Yeah, I will! I had a lot of confidence in the cut K-rocks when I went to AL, I left my LST's sitting on my workbench at home. The K-rocks work great on Tennessee rocks, kinda dissappointed with how they performed down there. I changed the foams and put BB's in the fronts today, it's rained all day so I haven't had the opportunity to try them. I think they'll work better..... next time I'll have LST's or something else with me to switch to if they don't. :)

My narrowed clod tires did better than I thought. Did anyone get any pics of my truck with my narrowed clod tires? All I have is with the single duellies.
