17in Wheelbase $43.50 or $46.50 with Flipped rear axle
12.5in Wheelbase $46.50 with Drilled backbone and Flipped rear axle

What you get in the package
1- Backbone
2- Mounts rubber coated
2- Nylon bolts/nuts
4- 3mm bolts/washers and Locknut with Nylon insert.

Spare Parts
Backbone by itself any length under 22in $20

I will make any custom Length you want also. Just PM me for what you want.

Right now I'm hand making all the axle mounts for the backbone. They work perfect and look OK, but not has nice as I like. This will soon be changing and I will have a another choice for you to have that will be CNC cut.

Things to look foward to.
I'm chaning the way they mount to the axles a little, but not much. They new mounts when finished will also be adjustable motor mounts all in one. I'm working up the CAD file for them now. I'm not sure when these will coming out. I hope soon. This will be for an added cost.

Again shipping will start on or before 11-17-06

Here is a Picture of the 2.2 Pimp Cane with the rear axle Mod and drilled frame. There as been some talk about the holes making the chassis weaker. This is not true. It has been field test with only great results. Flipping the rear axle is a must for 2.2's and a great bouns for Supers. All Brackets are rubber coated and all Hardware is Stainless steal.

The key to drilling the holes is to off set them from the holes of the other side. This allows it to keep it's strengh and shave some weight. While freeing up some much need flex.

Here is what kind of flex you should get out of it. I have added 8oz of AirSoft BB's to the tires alos.

Each one of those squares in an inch. So that roughly 7in high. Which is just about right.

I'll go check right now. I did all this late last night and didn't notice. If so it's no biggie. Easy to change. Yep it sure was. I'll get that fixed before this weekend I hope. I won't sell the L-Channel version till it's perfect.

I got all my Hardware in for the Pimp Canes. Well they sent one of the bolts in the wrong length. So what I have done (Just Now) is reordered the correct ones and had it 2-day air...I will clear this problem up with them in the Morning. They should clear the shipping and credit back the wrong ones. The ones they sent me are 10mm shorter then what I ordered. Anyway all the Hardware should me here Monday. Tuesday at the lastest.

I have everything ready to go on the Pimp Canes. I have the Correct Hardware and a few Pre-made ready to go. Prices are in the first Post.

The L-Channel 2.2 Pimp Canes are not going in to production yet. There just not strong enough. The 2.2 Pimp Cane seems to be getting better and better. So we are going to leave it alone. Since it's winning comps the way it is. Just takes more time to break in.

Syco and I talked about the 2.2 L channel long beofre the sale to run2.

The 2.2 Pimp Cane is getting better w/ every run, that doesn't mean that it can't be improved apon.

Alright I'm just staying out of that. Like everything. Stuff can be improved. Just have to figure it out. I tried the L-Channel. It wasn't strong enought to last to long. It would last a few comps easy. But over time the frame would twist to much and not go back. One could just keep buying the L-Channel back bone as needed. If they wanted to, but I'm not selling them right now. I may never sell them. I may run it and see how long it will last. The C-Channel has that extra bend in it. Which makes it twice as strong and twice as stiff. Right now I'm working on a 18in Pimp Cane and a 2.2 Pimp Cane. I have gone all out on both of these. Money wasn't an issue on either. The 18in'er has over $1000 invested already.

Also started making all my mounts with a rubber coating on them.

I have been thinking of having some parts CNC's like mounts and some other things. But heres the catch. The price of the chassis would have to double in price. Would it look better. Maybe! Would it help it work better NO........So way have some machine do it. My time is cheaper then the CNC machine. I'm trying to have more options for you guys to help tune your rig to what you want. I will have more parts for the Pimp Cane soon. I would just like to keep this chassis one of the cheapest on the market. Anyway keep checking in a see what new in options. Thanks for looking.

I guess there is some confusion with a my orders on PIMP CANES. Alright since there is so many different ways to make one. I mean your talking Wheelbase, Flipped rear axle, Drilled holes, polished and so on. I don't have 100's of these just sitting around ready to ship. I make these custom made to order. So they is going to be a delay on how fast I can get them out. I will always have any order mailed with in just a few days. But this is just part of ordering a chassis to your specs. No other Clod chassis can be made to want you want. I'm making brakets now and I have 4 Chassis's shipping out tomrrow. Sorry for the confusion..............;-) On another note. If the order is place just at the right time of the week and I don't get slammed at my real job. I could easily get one out the next alot of the time. Just this week has been really screwed up at work. With Mock Hostage, Escape drills lasting over 17hrs..... When things like this happen and I'm at work. They don't just let me leave. I have to stay there and do my Job.

Im building mine now...Ill post pics of it as a roller when I get home from work....some detailed pics of the mounting and such. That way people can really see it. So far it seems awesome. Just having problems figuring out how to mount my standard 6 cell pack. Its on top of the chassis over the front axle for now.....

I have had some great customers...Many are liking there Supers and 2.2's so much they are buying both....Well I want to return the favor for such great feedback I have gotten. If anyone buys both at the Same time. Any wheelbase Super from 16-19in and a 2.2 12.5in Pimp Cane at the same time will get them both fro $83 Shipped. Thats a savings of $10 bucks. They are very Durable. I have never had one fatigue yet. Never had one Crack either. Not sure about your rumor on being copied.:roll:

The kit only comes with the Backbone, Brackets and all mounting hardware. I mount my ESC and RX on the backbone. I mount my batteries on the knuckles or strap them under the axle braces. As for a Servo mount. I just go with thundertechracing's BTA kit. For $45 bucks you can't go wrong the it.

Every Pimp Canes chassis cost $46.50 Shipped in the US...No matter what wheelbase you are looking for....:) Also every 2.2 Pimp Cane comes with a Drilled backbone and flipped rear axle. Unless told not to. The longer wheelbases all come with a Flipped rear axle. again unless told not to. Hope that helps you in your quest. :)

Not to CLod axles. Nothing needs to be done for Clod axles. It comes with everything need to mount your axles. No Drilling is needed.

I'm working on getting RTR Kits and Roller kits for the 2.2 and Super Class Pimp Canes made to your Specs. Motors choices at this time are only Axiom's and Integy's. 2.2 RTR Kits will be around the $500 mark maybe cheaper.

2.2 Pimp Cane Chassis
Adjustable Motor mounts
Pinions
Battery Pack
ESC
Wheels and Tires
Axiom or Integy Motors
ESC is still being decieded
Body your choice. Painted or unpainted

The Kit can be put together and Fully RTR for extra or can be in parts if your choose to build it yourself.

I'm thinking about going with the Pimp Cane and since I have no money and a full set of stock maxx suspension I would like to use that. I can fab some small parts, do you think it would be difficult to mount to a Cane?

Holmes tried this. Not sure how well it worked. But he had a Pede tranny on each axle.

Those mounts you are talking about. Were not cost effective. It would have the Chassis more then twice as much to sell. I don't want to raise the price if I don't have to.

Just got an order for a 6x6 Pimp Cane. Should be pretty interesting. It will have a 12.5in Wheelbase between the 1st and 2nd axle and 1in between the 2nd and 3rd set of tires. Using 2.2 wheels and tires. I'll post some pic's and this is a little different then most Pimp Cane builds.

I have 4 Pimp Canes that were needed to go out yesterday.

My wife dropped my Cell Phone in the Tolit. Don't ask me how. Anyway, make a long story short. It took 4 hrs at Cinaglur to get us new phones.:(..So I didn't get a chance to finish them. They should be finished some time today and shipped later tonight...These 4 orders are all that I have left.

Although I recieved my P.C. from Syco Fab Works, before JP Custum RC's started producing 'em...
It is basically the same thing, w/ JP's advanced development added... So it can't perform worse. ;-)

No problem whats so ever..I'm working on having my Brackets pre-made for me. So I can have my turn aorund time faster to get these things out. I see why Syco133 stopped making them. After you make a few 100 of them. The brackets are a pain when you make 20 at a time by Hand...But someone as to do it."thumbsup"

Well I have changed the design of the brackets and will be having those machined and should be ready in a couple of weeks. These new barckets really aren't that much different. Just a little stronger design. I haven't had any fail, but Over Kill is a good thing right...:) These new brackets should change the over price at all.

I'm also working on Adjustable motor mounts/ Pimp Cane Brackets. As soon as I get a sample made and sent over to my machinist over seas. I will have those ready. This should be out later this Summer. They will be an option as they aren't needed for everyone.

A big Congrates goes to Dezfan with yet another Win in the 2.2 CMRCRC Comp today...

Dezfan PM'ed last night telling me he broke a Rear axle C and didn't have any spares. He didn't plan on running now. Well I talked him into fixing it some how. Well he ended up CA'ing it and using Zip Ties to make the Comp.... And he still pulled away with a Win..... All of it gave loose and broke again 5min after the Comp.... LUCKY BASTARD...:lol:

I got a 18.5" Pimp Cane a couple months ago to replace "ALF" the OG of pimp canes that I bent at the last comp of the last series. I can say I am more than happy with the new cane, in SoCal's series opener I managed to pull a 3rd place finish and at the last comp I got 1st. Still one of the most predictable and reliable chassis around. Thanks.
