i use shoegoo to do any body repairs, strong and flexable. but i dont know how well any glue will handle a completely chopped body. you may need to use some sort of fiberglass tape or something similar to help support the joints

I would say just use some of the lexan you cut off the original, that SHOULD be enough to brace it. GOOD LUCK; post many Many MANY pictures!

the only problem with the cutting that im having is that if i cut the body...then im gona make a backing onto it..so if i use shoo goo or lexan do you think you will see either of them after i paint the body..or should it turn out like nothing happend to the body. i realize its all up to me to do a good job but im just worried about the lexan or shoo goo showing up after being painted:-(

when ever i do any mods/repair i have the body painted prior so the goo is behind the paint, but if the paint flakes then your SOL. best bet would be to try to mod it along an existing body line to hide any seams as much as possible. or if your looking for a 2 door wagon check out Bolinks website. last i checked they still had them.

Why not just order the 2 door power wagon?
