Mountain State R/C Crawlers 1st meeting /gtg 3/18/07

rcnut38, Butterfly, Sniper883, and I got togather today and think it is time to get things rolling. We are going to have our fist official meeting for the Mountain State R/C Crawlers, on March 18. We are planning to meet at Shoney's in Flatwoods about 11:00 am. Then after-wards about 2:00 pm. we are going to be at Bee Run (Sutton Lake) for some crawling/trailing.

Everybody is welcome and encouraged to attend. Bring your rigs if you've got them ready or just come anyway we'll have rigs you can run.

Hey guys, I won't be able to make it. As usual I will be working, and maybe out of town all together.

Frank I will be in touch, we can set a time that you and I, and Manny can do lunch this week, so I will know whats going on at the meeting.

Hey everyone, I will be there. I finally got the bearings for my rig. Frank and I got a real good start on it last night. Its looking good. I don't figure it will be done by next Sunday though. Oh well, I will just have to borrow one of Franks. See ya there."thumbsup"

Jason, Glad you are going to make the meeting. It is important that you are there. As well as the rest of you all. Like Prime stated, Come out even if your rigs are not finished. We will find a rig for you to try out.

Thank you for sending me the rules."thumbsup" I think we need to give everybody a copy at the meeting so everyone will know the rules.
That way there is no disagrements on the rules. I like those rules and think we should go by them, but we will talk about that in the meeting.

Thanks to the weather deciding winter is not over yet, I think it is for the best to cancel tomorrow (18th) and reschedule for a later date. I will PM everyone that has posted in this thread. I will still go out to Shoneys and eat tomorrow at the meeting time for in case some one misses this post. We are scheduled to get about 3+" of snow and the roads to all the crawl spots are not maintained in winter. :-( Sorry for the late notice.
