Im running the stock tranny but, need to add gear reduction, with as small as the chassis is Im not sure anything else will fit.

I use a pede trans. I have not tried it yet. I'm waiting on parts. It is only rear wheel drive as of now. But so far I'm impressed. I was driving it around the house and I could not stop the tires. If any ting it would just wrap the tire around the wheel. The best part is, it still has good wheel speed.

Is it even a transmission? It's more of a spool in mine. spur bolted right to the outdrives. I'm running a Novak crawler with stock spur, 13t pinion, and no gear red., runs great.
