Should I go 3 or 4 link?

Still don;t have my WK (should be here next week.) But I was wondering what's the better set-up, to just extend the stock 3-link top bar (or one of the integy aluminum ones) or to go to a true 4-link set-up?

Which one gives more articulation, control, better handling, etc?

Set up properly, they are about equal. Having said that, it is easier to get a 4 link set up properly.

I'm not so sure, I think a 3 link is easier to set up because you can set the pinion angle with only one link. Using the stock upper 3rd link and an extended peice of all thread, you can set the pinion anlge and not have to worry about getting two links the exact same length.

I would have to say the 3 link is way easier to setup.

do the 3 link first, then, if you dont like it, change over to 4 link"thumbsup"

my tuber is 3 link, springer is 4 link. I like em both

I originally set mine up as a 4 link, but after seeing how it flexed, I went back to a 3 link using the stock upper mount and made my own wishbone link for it.

One good thing about using an upper wishbone is it makes for a good place to put a batt pack or some electronics...makes a nice flat shelf "thumbsup"

and with the 3 link i've seen a few people using it as a mounting surface for batteries or servos or what have you.....
