Any suggestions on the megaforce

I gotta a friend looking to get more bottom end out of his stock mega. It's nitro and really isn't used for crawling, but I told him I would try to help by asking you guys.

He could try using a larger spur gear and a smaller pinion gear, that would get a little more bottom end torque...
