Maybe a little bigger variety in servo's. I like the 359's a good deal. They work AWESOME in a 2.2 and decent in a super.
Beadlock wheels and tires maybe???? I got a killer design on beadlocks I'll sell
A few different soldiering irons and other electronic specific tools????
Those little aligator clip holder dealymabobs would be handy as crap. I'd buy a couple of them."thumbsup"

All GREAT suggestions, and most I could put together. I will certainly work on these, keep the suggestions coming. Radios are the tough part, as most are distributed by the big three.

I agree with what they said, especially the soldering stuff. Finding a good soldering Iron is next to impossible, it seems like.

LED kits would be great, already installed in buckets as an option and pre wired to run off of BEC or reg would be great

Can you get your hands on Nomadio or Multiplex gear? The extra channels come in handy for dig, winch, etc. I'd be interested in 7ch 75MHz receivers...

I don't think any of the vendors here sell the JR 8711.
Combos:
-Chargers with batteries
-Servo with castle bec
-Motor with esc (I know you allready have these but you could probably add more)
None of these will really require you to expand your inventory allowing you to keep it to a minimum.
If you want to add a soldering irons. I personally have a Weller WLC100. Not super expensive yet it has some good features. I have had mine for almost 15 years now.

What are you talking about? I'm confused here
We got Holmes Hobbies,RCP...........who's the third of the big 3? I see no issue here."thumbsup"

aluminum servo horns would be nice
(and I would contact http://www.nomadio.net/ for at least being able to sell the react and sensor line of radios. They are a much smaller company then Futaba, or JR/Spektrum, or hitec. And I think they would let you sell their radios.)

I would love more 1.9 wheels options.

We (crawlers) should get together with a radio manufacturer to come up with a pistol radio specifically for crawling. Stick radios can already do everything, so there's not much that could be improved with them.
Do you have any plans to carry the Sidewinder speed control (separate from the motor)?
And I agree with others about the soldering iron. I've never had a good one, because all of the one's I've seen are either less than $10 or more than $100. There doesn't seem to be anything in the middle.
I have no interest in them, but I bet lighting kits would be hot sellers for the scale guys.

THAT would be an AWESOME idea. 4,5 maybe even 6 channel pistol radio would be a HUGE seller for crawlers. I know theres the Nomadio stuff. I'm sorry, but not everyone has the hands of a 5 year old. I picked a Nomadio radio up at my LHS and felt like I was gonna crush it if I wasn't carefull. It's just to dang small. IMHO,the buttons were in the wrong spots as well.

That would be a great idea. I know my son would want one:lol:

Go fast brushless stuff. For larger things. You and I have talked a little about the Mamba Monster Max, that's the kind of thing I'm thinking about. Stuff capable of pushing 1/8 scale MT stuff.

How about a phone number to talk directly to you, when needed. Although you do a great job of answering here, it would be nice to be able to speak directly to someone.

I'd like to see a vendor here carry the transceivers for Nomadio's. Soldering iron/station would be nice too, may save me from getting a Weller station from Grainger.

I tried that, and there are 3 problems
1. I don't want to give out my cellphone number
2. I am not around my landline enough
3. I got so many phone calls that I couldn't get stuff done
I would love to be able to talk directly to my customers but unfortunately it doesn't work well.

The Biggest and best customer service you could provide is :
Product testing and feedback
Just like you did with the Castle BEC "thumbsup" PERFECTO
Do things like look up the hottest tire that is sweeping the podiums and sell it at a great price
or
product test the new stuff provide the feedback and then gives us the thumbs up to a prooven product to buy
Your business should reflect who you are, a happy expeirence with great results !
Focus on Comp worthy products: Axles, trannies, servos, tires, rims, upgrade parts, etc.
Radios tend to be expensive and there are many deals on them like ebay.
For the low dollar stuff, stock the cheap hard to find parts
I think the sport is growing to fast the most manufactures are just producing without much testing. And it Sucks to get something that breaks or just Does not Perform.

I agree, you already carry brushless speed controllers, now you just need a fast motor. Stuff to push things like a BL revo or E-maxx, not just another 1/10 buggy setup. Find something with major balls.

My aim SN is in my profile, good luck catching me on there. I spend an average of 2 hrs a day responding to email and PM already, so catching me via PM or in a thread is the best bet. I have an ask question thread in my forum too.

I would deffinatly also like to see some radio and receivers, I would love to see them in 5, 6, or 7 channel pistols.
And x2 on the parts from the ax-10 kits, like the bolts and stuff.
