Thank you. Will be cleaner than that when done. That's just leftover tailgate from a dovetail gone wrong. I'm gonna do one in the front as well. Might go with a truck looking side panel and hood. We will see.
Anyone wants this chassis pm wrecker. He has got the hook up on these for a great price

Yeah, I build all of my chassis myself, but I only build them when I have spare time or am bored. I'm not a vendor on here and don't really want to be because I only build these for fun, not to make any money. I don't want to break any rules here, so just keep that in mind."thumbsup"

Glad you like it C_K! Now who wants to trade for an r2? J/k. How's your scaler coming? You any farther than I am on my tuber? I got some more scale goodies if your looking to get rid of some crap that might help my cause.
Thanks for looking guys. This will be my daily driver /comp rig so if there's any tips or suggestions please feel free to mention them.

Sadly its in a box ready to ship. Might not work out tho. The buyer ignored my po mo request and has a hidden email addy so I'm not very confident that this mo will clear. Other than that everything is good lol

No holes drilled yet. I need some tranny output extensions before I drill perminatly. The main skid is longer than the axial tranny out puts. Ill post when I get more done

You shouldn't have any problems with the shafts hitting the skid. The skid is just as long as the skid on my sw3 and I'm using 2.5 maxx shafts and they just barely touch at full extension.

Good to know. Ill try it once I get the right knuckles to fit the axial trans. Still think I got to grind the output to fit the traxxis shafts but we will see

Thanks. I'm still hung up on drive shaft options tho. If anyone knows the best way to get maxx shafts on an axial trans please let me know.

I'm sooo close to having this truck done. The last of the parts should be here next Tuesday at the very latest and should be ready for its first run that night.
I should rebuild my shocks but only have 80wt laying around. Is that an ok starting point for a fairly light rig? I've tried the search for shock setups but couldn't find any answers. I'll try again.
I've got no weights in the rear wheels and 8.8 ounce total for each front wheel.
Also running losi red 2" springs and pen spring internals on 4" stampede shocks with the stock piston, number 2 if I remember correctly.
Any advice appreciated
Thanks
Chad

Bad phone pics but you get the point. I just want to thank the board for helping me in my second build. Without this place I would never have this sick of a ride. Driving this has been the most fun Ive had in my r/c history. Ill post some action shots as soon as I remember to take same.
