Hey Glad this got posted!! SARCCA is in for sure..

I wanted to propose a meeting between all 3 clubs in AZ to discuss our States Top Drivers Qualifications to go to Nationals!! I feel at least 3 reps from each club must attend and thos 3 must have the authority to make decisions for their respective club.. I propose to hold the Meeting Sat evening after the days events..

SARCCA is ready with our 3 to attend..

Watson Lake Campground does not open until May 1st and thenumber there is 1-928-776-4336 as mentioned before its first come first served..

Well, I can tell you Eventbrite works directly with paypal and you have instant access to the funds since eventbright dumps those payments into your paypal and then they will invoice you for their fees which is approx $1 per ticket.. And eventbright has tools that will help you keep track of your attendees. My experience would suggest eventbright!!

Thanks guys for all the input and enthusiasm. We are a very small club and will needing some assistance from some of you to make this all happen. There will be raffle prizes and some of the best granite rocks to crawl on.
