Summer Shootout 2010 June 4,5,6
 

Thats right, we are ramping up for Arizona's biggest RC Crawling event.
Mark your calendars for June 4,5,&6.

Camping and Crawling

We will have 2.2, 1.9, and super comps. There will be a shootout of the top 5 drivers for the 2.2 Pro class.
There will be several camp sites open to first come first serve and I will be there Thursday along with others to help hold the good camp sites for you all. Each camp site is $10 a night and includes the shower facilities that are within 100 feet of the camp site. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 for each class. That means we will be giving away 12 trophies. Our trophies will be made by MTHead. Each driver will receive a raffle ticket for our giveaway on Sunday. We have some awesome sponsors sending in tons of incredible parts and apparel for the giveaway. Every driver will leave the event with something worth taking home. More details to come as they are being worked out.

Fri night tech inspection from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
All drivers will receive a raffle ticket when you go thru tech. This raffle ticket is your key to the giveaway prizes. Raffle tickets will only be given to registered drivers.

Fri night scale run 8:00 pm

Saturday: 2.2 competition pro and novice/sportsman
8:30am drivers meeting/group photos, 9:00 am drivers on the courses.
4 courses from 9-12 then break for lunch then 1-3 to finish up. The top five 2.2 Pro drivers will shoot it out on one course to declare the shootout champion to end the day of crawler competition. Saturday late afternoon will be the famous slash bash Derby, break for dinner and then on to the night scale runs thru the BMUZZY scale courses.


Sunday: 1.9 and Supers
8:00 am drivers meeting for those who werent around for Saturdays meeting then off to the courses.
11:00 am Awards and giveaways.

All drivers will receive a raffle ticket when you go thru tech. This raffle ticket is your key to the giveaway prizes. Raffle tickets will only be given to registered drivers.

That would be awesome if you guys can make it. I will be out to Farmington for the Qualifier event at the end of February and hope to meet you all.

Our event is in the City of Prescott and we will be camping right next to the rocks at Watson Lake Park. I will have more info available very soon.

I have it marked down on my calendar. I finally have a scaler so I'm in for some night crawling this time!

The responses are awesome. The Summer Shootout's main goal is to get us all together and have fun doing what we like to do. I will have Video from the 2009 event up by the weekend and that should let everyone know what they can expect to see and experience at the 2010 event. Spread the word and excitement for the 2010 Az Summer Shootout
