| Possible Rebirth of a Scale Comp Location
A few years ago I went to a GTG in Queen Valley with the guys from PARC to check out a new comp spot which they then used for a couple years. Well just a couple days ago I was in the same area visiting a customer so on my way out I stopped by to check it out and snap some pictures. There is a lot of potential here for scale comps so I'd like to see what you guys think. There Is plenty of parking here in the wash but it does get sandy the further you get from the road. This is right next to where you would park. This area is just a short 25yd walk down the wash at most. Map from 202 & US 60... https://www.google.com/maps?saddr=33...=h&mra=ls&z=12 |

Water gates!!! I kid... I didn't realize how much terrain there was there. I had scoped it on the map but it didn't look like much. We have the one open spot on the schedule and if we don't come up with a west side spot I'm game for using this one. Sent from the can using Tapatalk |

Always looking out for us Brian!! Was the water free standing from something or flowing from a source? I say we do it. It would be something new for everyone and its pretty easy to get to.

Looks like a good place to me. I might try and hit this spot up and try it out this week some time.
