Newbie to class specs...

I run a dingo with 2.2 and up graded 4 links front and rear, and also an ax-10 scorpion, what classes would they be in?

Re: Newbie to class specs...

Are they 2.2 tires or 1.9s stretched on 2.2 wheels? If they are 2.2 tires then it would be C3, considering they scale legal tires. We need a little more info or a pic to really tell where you stand.
As for the AX-10, it is not a scale legal rig.
In the first half of the season no one will be turned away, but as we get on we would expect people to be running legal rigs in the classes they want to run. We are happy to help with getting your rig into whatever class you want to run.

Thanks for the reply! The wheels I have are the stock ones from my ax-10. So I take it would be C3?

It's really the tires that matter. You can run a 2.2 wheel in C2, the tires can't be over 4.75" tall. There is a list of banned tires in the scale rules, otherwise it is the height that dictates class as far as tires go.

Re: Newbie to class specs...

Help! I am very interested in becoming involved in this arena.
I have a couple concerns and questions.
I get around using a wheelchair so are there events/places I can enjoy this hobby?
If so my next question is what are the rules or where can one view/print them?
Last the biggie.. What is the best vehicle to get. I am looking at the Wraith and several scx 10's
Thank you in advance

Welcome!
Here's a link to the rules. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/scale...ale-rules.html They can also be found in the Scale Rules sub forum in the completions and events category and there is a place to field questions in there as well.
