I am new to crawling. I used to race on-road in California. As of August of this year, I live in Sierra Vista, AZ. Is there any place local where there is a club for crawling? If so, , when? I just built an AX10 and it seems like it would be quite fun.
Thanks for any assistance.

Hey all active Arizona crawlers! Post up what city/town you live in and the county, breif crawler info (1.9, 2.2, Super, and Chassis you use, and if Super, the wheelbase), and a spot that you often go crawling at and/or go to comps at, and a spot that you dont so often go to.

The names Seth. I'm 16. I live in Maricopa (the city)
I've got an Ax10 Rtr
Upgrades include;
-Team Orion 1600 mah mini-t battery
-STRC Links all around
-Traxxas Revo ends
-Locked Front Axle
-Star Cut Foams
-theres eight 1/4oz lead weights in each rim
(8 on each rim)
I've got some new spurs, pinions, new set of Integy shocks, a new Novak 55 motor, an Axial battery/servo mount comming by the weekend hopefully.
Havent been in any comp's, local crawling spots are just little wash's that are like 20 yards from my house. I would like to go to South Mountain an really test my crawler.
Local spots that I buy my parts from include Royal Hobbies of Chandler & Hobby Action Of Tempe.
Lots of help in those two places.
If anyone lives in Maricopa, Gimme a hollar an we can hangout an crawl.
I'm new to the whole crawling game, I've had my AX10 since christmas of
this year, I've got about 15 hours of crawling under my belt if that, I'd say I'm pretty good for a first timer, But I'm always up for tips an tricks to help me out.

I do remember there being a comp at South Mountain I think between January & March, Not sure about it though,

Imput anyone?

Oh, Heres pics of my crawler ;)

Here's a pic at my little crawl spot I go to

Enjoy Everyone

I rig is a rollen on clod axles. I have hpi black chrome wheels with imex tires cut up. I have an aluminum four link and carbon fiber chassis I made myself. Im running 2 mamba 25s and revolver brushless outrunners. I use a 6ch jr for control. Now I just need to learn how to drive it!

I visited new pap a week ago. I usually go to the ripairian reserve by my house and other random rock piles in gilbert.

Default North Buckeye

I just got back into RC. I've been researching crawlers for a while and they seem prone to less breakage then my HPI savage.

I have a modified AX10 RTR kit with most of the standard upgrades.

My crawl spots; the backyard and soon to find a site out at the north end of the White Tanks.

Brand new to the RC crawler scene.
I have 3 full size buggies and have two friends with AX10's and am absolutely hooked. Still working on mine, trying to do recommended mods as I do first time build including front dig, split 8 packs, inboarded links, true 4link, bent links, etc. Looking forward to meeting some of you in the future.
