Default Any one up for Hot Springs comp's?

I'd love to get something going here in about three months after it starts to cool down. Just testing the waters to see if there are enough people to make things fun. We have the the Gorge and Superlift so plenty of variety.

Looking for atleast 10 2.2 rigs

30 miles isn't close enough? Your gonna have to get out some if your wanting to find any comps. Most of ours are held in the Little Rock region. We are always open for any new spots, though.

I would possibly be up for a Hot Springs comp.... if I have the money! I just came down last weekend to Little Rock for the Ark/La/Miss Comp.

I drive at least 3 hours once a month to comp somewhere.
Hot Springs is 1.5 hours, that is great.

Just set some dates and test the waters. Like Josh said, there is Ark/LA/Miss, NWARC and OKRCRC clubs that run at least once a month that comp within about 4 hours of your place, roughly.

just so you know this is just kinda a genral bs section for the state.
the comps are posted in the comp section for the ark/la/miss and okrcrc,
the guys that are doing the nwarc i beleave is not a recinised club yet for nats spots, so they have to post in the state sec, the othe two are. i beleave that next year all three will be.

Just asking because we now have two awsome spots...(superlift & Gorge Rd.) Charlie talked with the park service, and they have no problem with us holding an organized event in the Gorge.

I drive 5 1/2 to Disney, OK. Worth every mile.

Maybe a couple GTG's in Hot Springs soon.

I like the idea of starting our 2010 season in Sept., as suggested by others.

So, maybe our first comp in Hot Springs.

Our current locations for comps: JAX, Lake Winona, Pinnacle Mtn., Arkabutla Lake and now possibly Hot Springs.

ya i think the lake here might be a Sept - March/April thing, i will keep an eye on the water level
gorge rd is a cool spot for me, i have been to the park and i am not sure about it, do any of you have some pix of the area they said we could use?
i know there is some good spots inside the park but i dont know if everyone can get to them, or if we would have to pay to use them.
