Default ARK/LA/MISS '10 Season Schedule

Okay, this is preliminary, with the exception of the dates.

ARK/LA/MISS comp dates will be on the second Saturday of the month. This allows a week in between NWARC comps. Locations are subject to change due to the time of year for some of the spots, so I will list back up locations just in case. Keep in mind, these locations could change the week of the comp, but some places are water sensitive and a change would be required.

February 13th - JAX. Backup location might be Monroe, if needed.

March 13th - Memphis. Ashton to confirm we can hold it there. Backup JAX.

April 10th - Lake Winona, AR. Shouldn't need a back up, but JAX will be it.

May 8th - JAX. Backup will be Monroe.

June 5th - Hot Springs. Top of the hill location. This is the first weekend of the month.

June 19th - Lake Winona. Crawl off against NWARC club for Nat's.

We will continue the season and I'll post that up later, but they will still be held the second Saturday of the month, until further notice.

Sounds great. Justin is bringing up some more rocks today, and I'm gonna hit up a few spots with some quikcrete soon. The 4 Wheel Parts spot will for sure be ready. Hell, it's ready now.

BrianByrd22,

Is the scorekeeping from comp to comp going to be the same as last year? 1st=100,2nd=99,3rd=98 etc... And are you dropping everyone lowest comp or something so the guys who might miss one can still be eligible for Nats? Just wondering if the "out of little rock" guys will have to come down to Little Rock twice in June to be eligible for Nats.

Thanks in advance and I know the force is with you.

The locations are not set, so the Hot Springs comp could change due to the two comps in June, but then again, it's really a club comp, then the crawl off.

Yes, the scoring will be the same.

Something NWARC is doing is having two seasons. One up until Nat's and then part II after. This allows one who missed out at the first of the year don't have to play catch up in the latter part.

We could drop one comp if so desired.

cool.
My main concern was what comps were required to make you eligible for Nats. If you did something like drop everyones lowest score that would be cool. That way if you sucked really bad or didnt' show at ONE out of 5 or 6 comps then you would still be eligible to be in the running for Nats. If you did that, would you make the crawloff a mandatory comp (hence the 5 or 6 attend-able comps)? That way we can already choose which one that we won't be able to make it to or something. I hope I'm making sense to you on this subject.

The crawl off would be only for the top two of each class from both clubs. If your one of the top two, I would say you would want to be at the crawl off or you give up your Nat's spot.

The crawl off would be a final four, so to say. Only two people from the state or combined clubs can go.

Make sense?

We are only taking the top 2 from each club for the crawl off.
