ARCC Chit Chat Thread

What's going on you Arkies? What are you working on? What are you doing?

I'm working on a dig-less shafty truck currently. It's working out to be a fun little project. I'm not quite ready for a build thread yet, but I can share a teaser mock-up picture.

This should be ready for our first comp is 2012. Speaking of 2012... I gotta get to working on our series schedule. I'd like to visit some new spots for 2012.

New comp format. Each course will have 7-10 gates with moderate difficulty and perhaps 7-10 bonus gates. This will make our courses more doable for the beginners but there will be tough bonuses for the experienced.. and daring.

I working on a new MOA, Hogan's rig.
Gathering parts for a weird shafty I've got in my head that needs to get out.
Gathering parts for a truck cab rig I'm thinking about, not sure if I want a 6x6 or a cool class 2 truggy.

Going to be painting a cheap beater body for my scx10 that i'm hopefully getting for Christmas. Also, trying to resist the urge to get a basher like the HPI savage flux XS. We'll see how that pans out, lol.
